Wireless Internet:
Go to speedtest.cytanet.com.cy check your speed, if ping is high this will affect speed so please contact us immediately to solve this problem.
If you don't have internet, first thing is to check POE (black box with green light) make sure it is on and check if cables are attached proper. Also reboot your antenna. If this does not work, contact us so we can monitor your connection through our servers.
VOIP:
Contact us and mention which device or voip hardware you have. If you are using a mobile dialer through 3G or WIFI then you should download app from our website www.voipdad.com
